I have to admit, I was hesitant to write this review for fear of revealing the secret to my amazing waist transformation. This waist trainer is hands down the best one I have ever tried. This was a great buy! I've probably bought 9 or 10 versions of a shaper off Amazon and each one was a disappointment. This one is a winner! It compression is on point and I have ALOT to compress! The key is getting the right size. I had a torso only version of this one (as opposed to this vest version) and that was a 3X. While it fit, it was a bit too loose and clearly not compressing enough. So when I decided to buy this one, I went down a size to 2X. That was risky because I didn't know how big of a different in size and difficulty of getting on might be. It was easy! It's on the first hook so I have 2 more to make it tighter as I drop weight: Perfect! And it's STILL comfortable with nice wide (non-bulky) shoulder straps: Check! The double wrap-around is very effective and didn't show through thin tshirts: Checkmate! The ONLY "con" is the same for both garments; it needs to have an anchoring hook at the top of the zipper! That would make a world of difference zipping it up which is wear your main shaping and tightening leverages from. Other than that, I love the material, fit, style and comfort. I will be wearing this one alot. Highly recommend!

I am 170 lbs, 5'1". I usually wear L to XL blouse/clothes. I decided to start my diet but I am having troubles with my belly crumbling when I do not eat a lot. I bought this Waist Trainer hoping that it will help me tighten my stomach area so that I do not feel my stomach being empty and the noise it makes. I used to get a L size thinking that this is how I supposed to buy based on my actual clothes size, but this time I decided to get the Medium size and it does the job. It is hard to close it the first time since it is not stretch yet, so I had to asked my daughters help to close the zipper. I am super satisfied and happy with the fitting. It did help me a lot with what I intended to use this for. Definitely planning to buy another one with Small Size once I gain the weight I wanted to continue to lose weight.

This waist trainer is amazing! I love how it gives me an hourglass figure. My abdomen is my problem area and this does a beautiful job of making it look flat. I love that it helps with back pain too. It truly is comfortable and the quality and workmanship is excellent. The fabric is firm and really holds you in. It doesn't ride up either. I ordered my regular size and it is perfect. I do recommend staying with your regular size and not sizing down. It's very, very snug. It does what they say! I can't say enough good things about this waist trainer. It's fantastic and I highly recommend it.

I love this product. I had a tummy tuck 2months ago, swollen is coming down and I wanted a tight girdle to put at night. This one has two different hooks and zipper and I love it. It has like some type of metal or hard plastic on the outside to keep you tight and straight. I love it! its comfy, I can breath, but at the same time it keeps your waist tiny, the plastic/metal on the outside does not but me at all. Does not dig to my back or belly.

Finally! I have tried several waist trainers for the past few years. I kept giving up on them and returning them because they were too flimsy or poor quality. This one contours beautifully and feels great. I was concerned about sizing down like some of the comments said but i'm glad I did. It was a struggle to get into, but once it's on, it's pretty comfortable. Love it!
