RETURN GUIDELINES

1. Returns are accepted in original condition within 30 days after delivery, excluding products marked on the site as non-returnable. *If a return arrives after the 30-day window, we may send it back to your default shipping address and ask you to cover the shipping costs.

2. Every returned item must be unworn, unwashed, and kept in its original state with all product tags and hygiene liners still attached.

3. Products listed as flash or final sale cannot be returned unless they are faulty, differ from the description, or do not work as described.

4. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes cannot be refunded, and any return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Pack your return item(s), print the return label, and attach it to the package. Please remember the return label remains valid for 21 days after approval from our Customer Care Team.

RETURN NOTES

1. When beginning a return, confirm the email address matches the one used for your order and contains no spaces. The order number entered should include 16 numbers with no letters or spaces.

2. After your return request is submitted, we will email the details for where to send the package within 24 hours. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder. Please ONLY ship to the return address we provide, not the address printed on your original package, otherwise your return will not be received.

3. Items listed as non-returnable are not available for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.

4. 3 piece sets cannot be refunded or exchanged separately.
